"I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in December of 2014. At that time my  A1-C was 10, with an A1-C of 5.7 considered normal. I had a recent checkup on June 29th, and my  My A1-C is now 5.5, which is considered better than normal. 

Based on those results, my dosage of the diabetic medication,  Metformin has been reduced from 2000mgs. to 1000mgs. 

This improvement came AFTER 6 WEEKS of working out, an average of 3 days per week, at Be Strong Gym.

In addition, my blood pressure is now considered normal after living with high blood pressure for 4 years.

As a 59 year old former competitive bodybuilder, who has spent more years on the couch, than a majority of my workout buddies have been alive, I believe joining Be Strong Gym was my last chance to save my life."
