BootCamp **Max your meps

A fast and effective 45-50 minute class combining high intensity body weight exercises, and HIIT, with ab blasting movements mixed in. Shred fat, increase metabolism, increase endurance and stamina, in a fun positive high energy setting.

Self Defense

BeStrong Self Defense class is real life scenario based situations with technical emphasis for effect. The basics always work and we practice to perfect them!!!

Obstacle Course Race training

Be Strong offers OCR (Obstacle Course Race) Training for all levels. OCR is a sport in which competitors must overcome various physical challenges throughout the duration of a race. OCR training requires specific training and Be Strong has different courses and obstacles every week!

Competition training

For any athlete that wants to compete in the sport of Fitness. It is specifically geared towards those that are focused on maximizing their performance in fitness competitions. There are individual and remote programming options available.
