You will be prescribed a coach led strength, conditioning, and functional fitness training program starting at your fitness level; specifically designed for your personal fitness goals.

Cardio ABs conditioning class

A fast and effective 45-50 minute class combining high intensity body weight exercises, and HIIT, with ab blasting movements mixed in. Shred fat, increase metabolism, increase endurance and stamina, in a fun positive high energy setting.

Yoga

All levels welcome. Traditional Hatha Flow yoga combined with dynamic and practical stretching and mobility. This will help assist in muscle recovery, and fluidity of movement standards.

BeStrong Self Defense class is real life scenario based situations with technical emphasis for effect. The basics always work and we practice to perfect them!!!

Indoor trainer rides

Prepare to feel your legs burn!  Written and led by Endurance Company coaches, January through March, you will be put through a progression of workouts that have been proven in the lab and in the field to increase power, fitness, and performance.  You are required to bring your bike and indoor bike trainer.  We have a few bike trainers to use, but these are limited.  RSVP if you want a trainer.

SWIM

Improve your efficiency, form, and speed in the water.  Written and led by endurance company coaches, swims will be structured so they are appropriate for beginners as well as expert swimmers. The swim workouts will provide a unique warm-up, main set, and cool down.  The swim programming will allow you to assess fitness, set goals, modify the workouts according to your fitness, and re-assess.  Give us 3 months, and you will be fitter, faster, and more comfortable in the water!

 
 

ENDURANCE RUN  

The objective is to increase your ability to run at a steady pace for long periods of time.  Written and led by Endurance Company coaches, the overall structure of the program will allow someone who has little running experience to adapt and increase mileage as the program progresses.  The coaches will be present to lead the runs and will have varying distances available for people.

 
 

TRACK WORKOUT

Written and led by Endurance Company coaches, we are indoor January through March.  The workout will alternate between stairs and track.  Stairs are a high intensity workout where we focus on form, power and bounding up.  Track workouts consist of structured interval training. The overall structure of the program will allow someone who has little running experience to adapt, and improve as the winter programming progresses.

 

Personal Training

Personal training is one on one approach to your fitness training. You will have a personalized strength, conditioning, and functional fitness training program starting at your fitness level; specifically designed for your personal fitness goals.
