Cardio ABs conditioning class

A fast and effective 45-50 minute class combining high intensity body weight exercises, and HIIT, with ab blasting movements mixed in. Shred fat, increase metabolism, increase endurance and stamina, in a fun positive high energy setting.

All levels welcome. Traditional Hatha Flow yoga combined with dynamic and practical stretching and mobility. This will help assist in muscle recovery, and fluidity of movement standards.

BeStrong Self Defense class is real life scenario based situations with technical emphasis for effect. The basics always work and we practice to perfect them!!!

Obstacle Course Race training

Be Strong offers OCR (Obstacle Course Race) Training for all levels. OCR is a sport in which competitors must overcome various physical challenges throughout the duration of a race. OCR training requires specific training and Be Strong has different courses and obstacles every week!

 

Personal Training

Personal training is one on one approach to your fitness training. You will have a personalized strength, conditioning, and functional fitness training program starting at your fitness level; specifically designed for your personal fitness goals.
